Hiring

Your shortlist

Notes stay private to your team. When a writer accepts your request, their email appears here.

What the shortlist is for

The shortlist is your private hiring workspace. As you browse ranked writers, save the ones who fit your projects, add internal notes, and reach out when you are ready — all without leaving the platform.

How connecting with a writer works

01

Save a writer

Hit the shortlist button on any talent profile. They stay in your list until you remove them, so you can compare candidates over time.

02

Add team notes

Write private notes about fit, rate, availability, or project context. Notes are only visible to your team, never to the writer.

03

Send interest

When you are ready, send an interest message. The writer is notified inside the product and can accept or decline. No cold emails or public contact details.

Why it works for recruiters

Compare, don't chase

Build a shortlist before you message anyone. Review notes with your team and decide who is actually the best fit.

Privacy by default

Writer contact details stay hidden until they accept your interest. Your notes are never shared.

Warm introductions

Writers know you have seen their ranked work, so your outreach is relevant from the first message.
